Nutritional Therapy #01

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy helps you to improve and maintain your health and sense of wellbeing through diet and nutrition.

Providing the body with the right conditions; mentally, physically and spiritually will encourage the body’s natural healing process.

The expression 'You are what you eat' is very true. All foods and drinks you put in your body have an effect on how your body is working. It is very important to understand the link between diet and your own future health. Once you understand this we can start working on a healther future.

Nutritional Therapy #02

What happens during a session?

When you make an appointment I ask you to keep a food/drink diary for a week and take this with you to your first session.

During the session I take a detailed medical history, looking at diet, digestion, stress levels, exercise, personal circumstances and many more.

After this I can make recommendations on change of diet, additional vitamin or mineral supplements you may need and possible other lifestyle changes.
